Do I need to know how to code?
No. You need an idea and the willingness to learn. Your expert explains everything in plain English, and Claude Code does much of the typing. Plenty of our clients have never written a line of code.
What is Claude Code?
An AI assistant made by Anthropic that can write and change software when you describe what you want in everyday language. It’s remarkably capable, and like any powerful tool, it’s far easier with someone experienced showing you how.
Do I need to pay for Claude separately?
Yes. Claude Code needs your own Claude plan from Anthropic, which is separate from our sessions. Not sure which one? Your expert will help you choose in your first session.
What happens in a session?
You meet your expert on a Zoom call and share your screen. Together you work on whatever you need: setting things up, building a feature, fixing a problem, or planning your project. You leave with progress and clear next steps.
Will the expert take control of my computer?
No. You stay in control the whole time. Your expert watches your shared screen and guides you. That way your computer stays yours, and you learn how to do it yourself.
Is my idea and code kept private?
Yes. Your expert only sees what you choose to share on screen, and treats your ideas and code as confidential. We’ll also show you how to keep private things private when working with AI.
Which expert will I get?
Book “first available” and we’ll pair you with an expert who’s free at the time you pick. You’ll see their name as soon as you book. Prefer someone specific? Choose them from the Experts section.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session from your account page and the hour goes straight back on your balance. Cancellations inside 24 hours use the session.
What if the first session doesn’t help?
Tell us within 7 days and we’ll refund it. We’d rather you leave happy.
Do my hours expire?
Hours from a pack stay on your account for 12 months from purchase, and you can use them with any of our experts.
Can you just build it for me?
Yes, we can. Team Red Studio has been building websites and software in New York for years. Mention it in a session or email info@teamred.com, and we’ll talk about a custom project.
